SHIPPING COOKIES ALL OVER THE WORLD
I hope everyone is relaxing today and recovering from New Years Eve. We wish you a safe and wonderful New Year. Lets hope 2009 brings all the wonderful things that 2008 had. I had a wonderful 2008. Nick and I were talking about all the great things that happened. The one big event that happened for us was he came home from Iraq safe and sound. I also met some people this past year that have become good friends. My business has taken off in the past year to places I did not think were possible in such a short time. And its because of all my wonderful clients. Thank you to all of you who made our year filled with great cakes. Some were more challenging then others. In a world now a days where people are not buying as much and saving its nice to know you all still want cakes!
I am beginning a new adventure to be able to get my cookies out to everyone else outside of Hawaii. I get calls and requests all the time if I ship and until now I did not. Over the holidays I Experimented with shipping holiday cookies and it went over very well. So I decided to try advertising and shipping cookies to others ho wanted my services.
So, if you have family or friends anywhere in the world, even Iraq or Afghanistan, we can ship cookies to them.
Valentine's Day is coming up soon so get your order in now so we can get these out on time. If you are sending over seas to military please allow at least 30 days advance notice. As we all know it takes a few weeks for packages to get out there.
For more information check out www.sunshinescakecreations.com or call us and we can answer all your questions.
Happy 2009! We look forward to baking cakes for you this year!!

WINTER WONDERLAND WEDDING
So the week of her wedding came around and I was excited. Her cake came out beautiful. I even added an extra surprise of placing lights in the snow at the base of the cake. Very tiny lights. It added a little extra sparkle. I am big on lights on a cake!! I have never seen it done in Hawaii and I wanted our cake to stand out! And this winter wonderland cake did. It was such a great way for me to start my holiday season!
I was able to sneak down to see Lisa and she looked beautiful. Her dress was so beautiful and had beading that sparkled like falling snowflakes. She had a glow about her as well. You could tell she was truly happy.
Thank you to Lisa and George for letting us make the winter wonderland wedding come to life with cake. We wish you many years of love and happiness and look forward to making more cakes for you in the future! Congratulations.
Enjoy these pictures and I hope it inspires you to dream about the magic and warmth that snow can bring. Happy Holidays. For information and pictures check out out site at www.sunshinescakecreations.com
